PAROL´'s history from then to today
In 2003, we started Gen’ren, a redesign store in Randers that had affiliated 7 freelance designers. Our vision was to redesign quality clothing, thus giving it a new and modern look. In retrospect, we were ahead of our time in terms of sustainability. It was an amazing and educational journey that created a fire in me to design and produce timeless design of quality materials. I also learned how important it is for women to be able to have their own personal expression through styles produced in limited numbers.
PAROL today is casual, classic clothing with unique details and cuts that emphasize the feminine touch. We do not follow seasons when it comes to fashion, we believe that clothing should be relevant at all times of the year. At PAROL, we strive to use the best and most natural breathable yarns and fabrics, so that the clothes are elegant, comfortable, and can be used throughout the seasons.

Production and sustainability
Our production is carried out only in the EU, primarily the Baltic countries, and only in factories where we, through personal commitment and cultural understanding, can vouch for the working conditions.
As a chief designer, I have in several places contributed to building a team spirit according to Danish principles, which locally involves the development department and production together in the creative process.
It is more expensive to produce in the EU, but PAROL emphasizes the close and direct communication with the factories, the short production time and transport which saves the CO2 footprint.
The running styles in limited quantities are our DNA as slow fashion, to reduce waste.
Our commitment
PAROL Zero Waste was born from my experience of the Genre. The vision from that time, - "we use what we have", has been transferred to now, where we use our fabric residues from production, among other things. We want to have as little waste as possible and help make the earth a better place to live, for humans and animals.
